GetAsync(bool, CancellationToken)

Usable checking accounts of the account's registration. With forceRefresh the cache is ignored and rewritten with whatever Omie returns — what a "reload from the ERP" action needs, since the cached list would otherwise be served for the next 30 minutes and the button would look inert.
